I ordered bras from Dainty Lady in August via the website (I live in the US), and received them as promised approximately one month later. They are lovely and well-made, but the size was wrong, so I tried to contact Dainty Lady to ask about sizing. I have sent 3 emails, and also tried calling twice. No one has responded to my emails, and when I call, the answering service picks up with "no one is available to take your call, please leave a message." I left a message two days ago, but have yet to hear from anyone. I finally mailed the bras back with a letter requesting different sizes...will see what happens. I hope the poor customer service is not Dainty Lady's standard operating procedure. Hi! My exchange surgery will be October time and i want to know where i can find some nice,good fitting bra's for after. I live in Derby and wondered if you stock your bra's in a shop? Only sometimes, after reconstruction getting correct cup size can be a problem or so i hear,as the implants don't always fill the cups. Thanks Hi

If customers need items quickly, they are welcome to email or ring us and we'll do our very best to meet the date required. At the moment, we are receiving very high levels of orders from all over the world. We are working flat out, but our high standard of quality must be met at all times."
