Thanks, Martine, for the advice. I don’t necessarily want to make my bust look larger; I am happy with the size that I am. However, I think that a woman looks better with some visual break between their nect and their waist. A larger busted woman will have the effect of her curves and “boob shadows” to provide that break. Those of us with flat chests don’t.

I like the empire waistline, a different pattern over the bust, a strip or line just under the bust, etc. to provide this visual difference between the bust and the waist areas.

Thanks Amanda. Martine’s advice is great, but those of us who’ve tried-and-tested what works for small-busted frames have the benefit of experience. Thanks for sharing your own lessons well learned.

Good advice. She knows what’s up.

One thing about pockets: make sure they line up with your bustline, otherwise it can look awkward. The slouchy oversized T-shirt with the pocket that falls way below your boobs? Not a good look for women with AA or A cup breasts.
