Just a note to say that the Cosmopolitan Blog Awards took place today.  SBBH readers (and small-busted lingerie specialists like Sugarchilli, Small Wonder, Itty Bitty Bra, Know Knockers and Lailides — if there are more, please let me know and I’ll mention you here) kindly nominated me.  Thanks!

As if that wasn’t awesome enough, you blew me away with your salt-of-the-earth behaviour by voting for me when my blog was shortlisted from over 15,000 entries.  Double thanks!

Sadly, I departed gong-less from today’s glittering breakfast (huh?) ceremony, where some very worthy winners were announced.  Not to worry, those awards looked heavy.  I couldn’t possibly have coped with carrying one, especially in the heels I wore.  The reward that I will keep closest to my heart is the generous big-up given to me by all who took the time to nominate the SBBH blog and vote for it.

Thank you a million-fold, you’re worth your weight in gold.

I have wonderful news to report… this blog has been shortlisted in the “lifestyle” category of the Cosmopolitan Blog Awards 2010.

If you nominated the blog, I salute you. And thank you. It really is the most mighty big-up to be recognised among some big name bloggers — and some lesser-known, but super-talented, members of the blog mob.

So what next?
